She has also worked in corporate innovation internally at Samsung, Caterpillar, Avail (now Flextronics), Pactiv (now Reynolds), and as a consultant at RocketSpace and Lunar (now McKinsey).
Previously, she was head of Product and Innovation for Mark Cuban’s startup portfolio and managed product development for Clayton Christensen’s portfolio company, BioLite.
Rachel’s expertise is rooted in her experience as an academic innovation research with University of Texas, MIT, and SUTD in collaboration with schools such as Oxford, Cambridge, Tsinghua, and Harvard. She has 8 published papers in innovation process with over 80 citations.
